In June of 2014, 18ten took our first exploratory trip to Central America.  During that trip, we met with a number of pastors in Nicaragua under the guidance of Jason Rogers.  From these pastors, we learned a great deal about the problems children in that region of Nicaragua face and also about some of the cultural hurdles that make easy solutions hard to find.  Though the problems are very real and difficult, we left excited about the possibility of partnering with several of these churches to address some of the physical and spiritual needs of the children.
